The Mekanism created ad features Matthews not only singing "Lean On Me" but we see him giving athletes a helping hand by assisting a marathon runner, rock climber and several other individuals, he proceeds to drink his own bottle of Muscle Milk and push his new friends through a brick wall on a football sled.
