Xbox unveiled its new sixty second Holiday TV spot this past week at Microsoft's New York City event announcing the new era of Windows 10 devices — driving home the message that 2015 marks The Greatest Games Lineup in Xbox History.
The commercial is narrated by an all-star cast of the most famous characters playable only on Xbox One — Lara Croft of Tomb Raider, Marcus Fenix from Gears of War and Halo's Locke and Master Chief — beckoning players when confronted with a challenge "not to step, but to leap" into what's next.
This holiday season Xbox One touts The Greatest Games Lineup in Xbox History, featuring Rise of the Tomb Raider, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, Forza 6 and Halo 5. What’s more, an upcoming free update will bring Windows 10 to Xbox One, making it the fastest and most social Xbox experience ever. Players will even be able to play some of their favorite games from the previous generation thanks to Xbox One Backward Compatibility. Combine that with The Greatest Games Lineup in Xbox History, and it’s clear that there’s no better time to jump ahead.
The spot was created by Ayzenberg Group in partnership with twofifteenmccann for narration, Pusher on Lawless' music track “Diminuendo” and Blind on the double exposed motion graphic elements.
