"This is Boss Life," a new commercial from creative agency Terri & Sandy for Avon. The ad focus is the financial freedom and flexibility the company provides its representatives. The Like A Boss is a remake of Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive," with new lyrics. The one-minute ad features unsatisfied working women, filing papers and other office tasks before the star of the spot breaks free to her career with Avon. As a woman sings, "I should have broken free, if I’d known for just one second I could be the boss of me," the workers break out into dance and celebrate their new-found independence.
