Wigan Council have released a new promotional video titled Zoltar Declares — Wigan has the plan!, features the famous fortune teller who accidentally predicts a dystopian future for the UK after reading the wrong ball.
A world famous fortune teller has stunned economic experts by staring into the financial future of the UK and declaring: "Wigan has the plan!"
The mysterious crystal ball gazer, known as Zoltar, has delivered his much-awaited forecast on the economic future of Britain as the nation waits desperately for reassurance amid post-Brexit economic uncertainty.
Zoltar's prediction is inspiring, uplifting and optimistic about the future — thanks to one spirited borough in North West England — Wigan.
He said: ‘Wigan will lead the way, Wigan has the plan and if Great Britain wishes to succeed, it would do well to watch and learn from this great borough.
"What’s true about Wigan can be true about all of us. Wigan has the plan. Invest in Wigan."
